林承志 Cheng-Jyh Lin 主治醫師
林承志醫師為中國醫藥大學中西醫學士，畢業後一直於本院服務，年資已超過 25 年。擔任病房主任 10 餘年；熱心教導關注護理人員，深獲護士們的愛戴。林醫師專長手外科，擅長手部疾病及外傷處理。這幾年轉向治療感染性複雜傷口，及褥瘡照顧。林醫師也是本院糖尿病足血管阻塞病變治療團隊成員。這是一個辛苦、不好處理沒人願意接手的疾病，他卻能甘之如飴理。由於他的專心投入，幫助了不少病人及其他醫師
